This website is operated by MegaP Book House Ltd, a company based in Kigali, Rwanda, together with its nonprofit arm, the Cyiza Foundation (“we”, “us”, “our”).

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to form a binding contract to place orders or make donations.

• Book prices are shown in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and are calculated on our server from the current catalogue at the time of checkout.
• All prices and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, and may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred), refunding any amount paid.
• Payments are processed by our third-party provider, Pesapal. By paying, you also agree to Pesapal's terms. An order is confirmed only once payment is verified as successful.

We arrange delivery of ordered books to the address you provide. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate; we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information. For shipping questions, use the contact details in your order confirmation email.

Donations to the Cyiza Foundation are voluntary and, unless required by law, non-refundable. You confirm that any funds you donate are lawfully yours to give. Donations are not payment for goods or services and may not be tax-deductible in your jurisdiction — please consult your own advisor.

All content on this website — including books, text, illustrations, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to MegaP Book House Ltd and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Purchasing a book grants you a copy for personal use; it does not transfer any copyright.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by scraping, overloading, or circumventing rate limits or security measures.
• Submit false, abusive, or infringing content through our forms.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaches these rules.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the site will always be available or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MegaP Book House Ltd, the Cyiza Foundation, and our directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kigali, Rwanda.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
